The brand's foundation goes back more than 40 years through decades of hands-on experience in the mobility equipment and home medical industry. After proving the retail store concept in Boca Raton, founders Diane and Vinny built a leadership team which created the first and only mobility-focused franchise network. The business model combines essential service, mission-driven work, and scalable financial performance, enabling franchisees to build long-term, community-rooted businesses serving an underserved population of 60 million mobility-impaired Americans.
Training Program
A structured five-phase program spanning six weeks: pre-launch integration, a virtual training academy, operational setup and field preparation, in-person immersive training at Mobility City headquarters in Boca Raton, and dedicated launch-week support with a personal launch specialist.

Ongoing support includes national contracts and VA opportunities, manufacturer partnerships, digital marketing, CRM systems, an expanding lineup of mobility solutions, and a dedicated Franchise Business Coach for ongoing field support and strategic guidance.
