Training Program
Comprehensive program including a 55-hour pre-training module, 5-day New Owner Training in Cincinnati, and a 16-week post-training module, plus two on-site visits from a FirstLight Business Director within the first 60 days of operation.
Ongoing Support
Site selection and lease negotiation assistance, recruiting support, third-party financial assistance, and ongoing Business Director guidance.
