The model is built around an end-to-end, wellness-focused home care system that includes in-depth initial start-of-care intake, in-home nurse assessments and oversight, management of engagement and quality assurance measures, highly trained and certified nurses and therapists, and client and family education. Training Program
Four-Phase Training program, the most comprehensive in the skilled home healthcare industry, led by professionals with substantial experience in all aspects of skilled home healthcare operations. Phases 1–3 are online and Phase 4 brings a Franchise Business Coach to the franchisee's territory for in-person training. (1) Introduction & Licensing—34 hours; (2) Classroom Training—58 hours remote learning (instructor-led and self-directed online courses); (3) Clinical Opening Training—16 hours, clinical instructor-led online; (4) Onsite Training—32–40 hours at the franchisee location during the first 12 months of operation.
Ongoing Support
Financial assistance provided; site selection assistance and lease negotiation guidance; full recruiting support from an in-house Human Resources department; ongoing Franchise Business Coach support with in-person territory visits during the first year of operation.
Owner-operators with a healthcare or business background who want to deliver clinical excellence in the home setting. Owners must be actively involved in day-to-day operations (no semi-absentee/passive ownership). Veterans and first responders receive a 20% franchise fee discount. Note: Boost does not currently work with E2 or EB-5 visa candidates.
