Training Program
7 weeks (240 hours) total: 3 weeks of pre-training tasks, 5 days of Corporate Classroom Training at Always Best Care headquarters, and 5 days of on-site training, plus specialized Platinum Sales and Caregiving training.
Ongoing Support
Site selection and lease negotiation assistance, recruiting support, co-operative advertising, a VP of Financial Management for financial coaching, five Business Coaches, a franchisee mentor/mentee program, and performance groups after the first year.
