Training Program
Two-week intensive in-person training at corporate office in Wilmington, NC, covering product installation and certification plus business management, operations, and sales. Includes a 4-to-6-week onboarding program with weekly calls, project tracking, and online learning modules.
Ongoing Support
Each owner is assigned a dedicated Franchise Business Coach providing ongoing field support, accountability, and strategic guidance. Includes annual owner conference, ongoing virtual and online training, webinars, and remote workshops.
Hands-on owner-operator who is passionate about improving independence and quality of life for seniors, veterans, and disabled individuals. No passive or semi-absentee ownership; the franchisee is expected to be involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
